Student re-Enrollment form 2025-2026

Update to Program Requirements:

We are so thankful for each of you Pilot students who have been part of the Hezekiah Project's first 2 years. We have learned so much through your feedback and flexible participation in this program and God is helping us clarify each part of the program for future students! We love each and every one of you and hope you'll continue with the program, BUT we wanted to make sure you're aware that the 2025-2026 program year will be one of greater accountability and excellence both for you as students and for us as the Leadership Team. We now have people and systems in place to better inform you and your parents of program requirements, and to monitor your participation in and completion of these requirements. God is calling us all to ascend higher so we can go deeper, and so we ask that you prayerfully make the decision to re-enroll and make sure you are ALL IN so you can get the most out of this program and honor the other students who are giving their all.

If you submit the following form, you are committing to the following:

  • Abiding by the APM Core Values/Code of Conduct (you can view this at the bottom of the form)

  • Completing/Submitting at least 75% of the weekly At-Home Curriculum through Google Classrooms

  • Attending Hezekiah Project Camp plus a minimum of 1 other in-person event  (Fall Retreat and Spring Conference)

  • Attending a minimum of 6 one-hour-long digital meetings (held monthly)  (exceptions made on an individual basis and only for specific types of conflicts such as work/church/school commitments - schedule for these will be given to you at camp, so you'll be thoroughly equipped to plan ahead and communicate)
